Are you trying to say that the console id was banned from sony entertainment network? If so treyarach have nothing to do with bans from sony entertainment network, you would get banned from black ops 2. Thats why the acc was not banned as well.

Yeah that has nothing to do with a bo2 ban. If it was to get console banned from bo2 servers then yea the acc would of gotten banned as well.
