You have to go in the GAMES folder in the dev_hdd0 and select the folder of the game and press circle and then delete.

Like Kilam said. Btw. you can use MultiMan or FileZilla for it.

So what do I need to stop doing in order to stop deleting games incorrectly? In other words, how do you delete games incorrectly?

Don't delete through filezilla and multiman. You want to try to avoid that. I use to download 100s of games and installing them and deleting them, so I'm speaking from experience lol.

I always delete the games through multiman, I have never had a issue I have a 1TB console and deleted and reinstalled loads of games. If I am correct deleting from multiman is basically the same as deleting from ftp, but ftp can be a bit risky because the deletion may abort. But what Kas is saying may be correct.

The only other option I know of or can think of is deleting from the XMB. Do you delete from the XMB? Or elsewhere?
