You can copy all save data through save data utility in the game section. Are you getting an error copying save data? Please be more specific about your problem

Currently the ONLY way for copy protected save data on an OFW ps3 is to backup your HDD and use PeXploit or something that will let you view and change files inside your HDD. You can do this by going to the dev_hdd0>home>(users are in order>savedata>(copy the selected data) if you do not want to do that then the only other way is the have a CFW where you can copy any save.
