You should be fine to watch it on there. Are you sure it is on the console though, I thought you had to be on the latest update which is 4.75.

I got banned one time while using Netflix but I'm not sure if Netflix was causing this ban.
I don't think so since they can't just instantly ban me but i guess you should be good to go bro.
