Is there any other way or do I have to use an e3 flasher

I'm pretty sure there is no other way. Check out youtube or google maybe you will find an solution but i don't think there's another way.

I've checked on YouTube we're it could be a corrupt hard drive

I had this problem once, take the hard drive out and start the PS3, if it displays a screen then I kno what to do.

Take out your HDD and format on a pc dude. You have just corrupted your HDD a minor soft brick. No e3 flasher is required just a HDD adapter and a software capable of formatting your hdd to fat32
