Post: No RTM Tools Load!

Do you have the files you need in the same folder as the application?

Make sure you have .net framework downloaded and up to date. Also it could be your anti virus/windows defender.

Hi thanks for responding, its much appreciated. The problem was fixed by upgrading .net framework
