Just go to Rebug 4.70 - Either REX or D-REX (which are Rebug's equivalents to CEX and DEX)
No spoofer is needed for Rebug 4.70

Nope that's not true at all. Never had any issues with REBUG 4.70.

Have been using Rebug firmwares ever since 4.46.
I have been banned approx. 0 times.
Bans mostly occur due to user error, like modded comments, running homebrew online, doing 1337 hax and shit...
If you just don't do anything obvious a ban is very unlikely.
