As of now, Dean hasn't published an updated version of multiman.

So I strongly advise you to go to a 4.70 firmware since it's compatible with close to all needed homebrews.
Following that, I'd suggest going to Rebug 4.70. Rebug firmwares are known to be extremely stable.
I'm using it myself and I have no complaints.
If you go to D-REX (the DEX-variant of Rebug) you don't even need a spoofer to go online.

how can i downgrade from ferrox 4.75 to this CFW?

go to rebug.me and download the 3.55 cfw and put in it in your usb then install it after that switch to dex then go to rebug.me again and download and install the 4.70 D-REX version to your ps3

i downgraded back to the 4.70 rebug and switch to dex but i still can go online .. it say you need to perform an update .. do you know any solution for this problem? thanks

It will automatically change. As for the update issue, you need a 4.75 Spoofer to be able to get online. I would recommend Arch's 1.16 4.75 Spoofer.
