Just reinstall your fw dude through recovery menu. This should fix your issue. And for future reference be careful when messing with files in the vsh

Make sure you have a wired connection,Go into your ps3 and it the ip. Open up the target manager ,and click file new target and type the ip in and make sure you choose "debugging station" After that, right click on it and hit connect. After, connecting,There should be a good circle right beside the target. Then just hit the little error that I put a red box around then click the file explorer I put an arrow beside. You must login or register to view this content. Then just go into the area you added those files and remove the ones you added and try restarting your ps3. Or just reinstall your firmware like Coffee said.

What ever fw you ps3 had before you put that file in the wrong place make sure you use that firmware. You have to use the EXACT one. I had to do this to one of my ps3's as i corrupted the trophy data a while ago and i couldn't do anything.

1.Turn off your PlayStation 3 so you see the glowing red light.

2.Turn on your PlayStation 3 and HOLD the power button. Keep holding until it turns off.

3.Now turn it on again but this time it will be a little different. Press and hold the power button and you will hear. one Beep, one Beep, then two quick Beeps at this point release the power button.
If you release it to late it will just turn off again. Return to step 2 if this happens.

4.You will be greeted with a screen asking you to connect a controller with a USB cable. Connect your controller with a USB cable.

5.Congratulations, you've made it to the PlayStation 3's Recovery menu.

Then click software update. And make sure you have your firmware on a usb and plug it in to the furthest right of your ps3 and Make sure you dont have a disk in the drive
