My Playstation 3 running on rebug 4.70 d-rex had problems Everytime im in a game and play it and load it maybe Skate 3, or bo2 or gta, my ps3 boots into safe mode and says that the symsted software has may been corrupted PRESS START AND SELECT to reinstall firmware or press PS button to load xmb, This happens many times I have tried to switch from dex to cex and back to dex and reinstall firmware but it still gives me that error, And sometimes it deletes my online information and renames my users to for ex: *User 1 or *User 4 it add * and the start of its name, Right now it happened again after i finished bo2 match i reinstalled my firmware Again any help?
And I forgot to mention, These errors wasnt there before I switched my debug settings To Realease Mode to fix gta, if it is because of that is it possible to run gta5 on cfw rebug 4.70 dex with system sofwtare boot? (not switching to realease mode?)
So guys I just rebuilded database, restored file system, reinstalled my firmware, and I have nothing instaalled on my ps3 now (mods), I set my settings to default, And I switched from Release Mode to System Software mode and I think the problem is still there. :madsal:

You only get the error if you are on Release Mode right?
Just use an EBOOT.BIN with Launch Fix included!
