if you went to 4.75 habib how are you screwed?

No what happed is i was on 4.70 after i updated i open system setting and it says 4.46 then i look for install package the one that comes with jb and wasnt there so im not on cfw anymore any clue what i can do?

use the 999 downgrader to go back to 3.55 and reupdate to another cfw

You installed it with a disk in the disk drive. Common error but yes you will need an e3 flasher now. What you are on now is what i call a "CFW hybrid" where you're on cfw and ofw mixed together. In most cases you can just re install cfw but depending on what game was in the drive and what system version installed this is sadly not possible all the time

Well im so stupid cause i forgot to remove the disc and its gta 5 i was on habib 4.70 updating to habib 4.75 thn this happend cause my mistake

One of the many reasons to convert to DEX as disk updates are CEX and can't be installed over DEX, you'll kno nxt time. Only thing now isE3 flasher or send it in to get downgraded
