You need an e3 flasher to downgrade to 3.55. Thats if your ps3 is compatible. Not possible to do without hardware flasher.

Yes there is a way, get an E3 flasher and downgrade your console (if possible). Otherwise there is no other way.
You could buy a console from ebay which is already downgraded or you pay someone to downgrade your console.
