Alright, now just install Rebug 4.XX REX (i suggest 4.70)

Sorry for the delayed response, I was looking at QA Toggler. I installed that and so on, but after you have to press L1+L2 etc and you do it successfully do you have to do anything other than that, or can I move onto installed 4.70 rebug?

Just install Rebug. Aslong as you are on 3.55 without any sort of spoofer you should be fine.
