If your not on 3.55 firmware then u need to downgrade, simple and no there isn't a program to downgrade your PS3. And there is no 3.55+ jailbreak. To downgrade first your PS3 model must be supported and you'll need an e3 flasher or buy a downgrading service from eBay.

Like Tom Fletcher said except you'll need a progskeet instead of an e3. Your model has a NAND chip which needs the progskeet. I suggest finding someone that can do it or get a 3.55 OFW from eBay, unless your know how to solder and build a circuit board to be able to use a progskeet you purchased.

2006A model is actually a slim nor ps3.

You will be fine using a E3 flasher to downgrade it.

Your PS3 has NOR flash and the lowest firmware it can go to is 2.70.

You cannot download anything to do it yourself. You need hardware.
Since you seem inexperienced regarding modding/downgrading, I suggest using a downgrade service.
These can be found on ebay or any site that sells services in your country.
Make sure it's a NOR downgrade service!

Buy an E3 flasher or just pay someone to downgrade it for you.
