In order to jailbreak you need to be on PS3 version 3.55 or lower. Are you on or below this FW? If not you will have to downgrade if possible or buy another modified console.

You'd need to downgrade using hardware such as an E3 Flasher which costs around $80-100. It will require you to open the system, use a pc, and possibly solder.

Or you can send it in to a downgrade service and have it done for you. After that you'd need to do it all.
