Thread moved to PS3 Mods Questions and Inquiries. No you will not be able to use modded eboots if you aren't on CFW. Why do you want to get rid of CFW?

i dont want to get the console ban or whats the best way to avoid that im using ps ninja psn patch and arch spoof 4.75 dont really use multiman or anything only for modding on cod

OFW won't load the game if it has a modded eboot, if that's what you meant.
So no, if you update, the eboot won't be gone, but you won't be able to use the game anymore
