Should I get CEX,DEX or REX?

Can I get a link to the PS3UPDAT.PUP file you suggested.

Any tutorial videos on how to install spoofs? I could probably guess how, But I want to make sure.

CEX is for beginners. DEX is for developers and more experienced people. REX is a hybrid between CEX and DEX.

Im on dex, but go on cex first to get use to it all

Where would I find a CEX firmware update. Like Rebug or Rogero? for 4.70, then how do i spoof it, any help?
