So you cannot turn your ps3 on at all? Check to see if the person you sent it to plug the psu in properly also check to see if the cmos battery is plugged in to the board. Common mistakes when taking apart a console. I personally am always forgetting to put these parts back in.

Can you get into safe mode? Also try this take hdd out and put it back in, occupy (put usb's in the ports) the ports to wake them up. If the problem still occurs then you will need to reflash your nor chip. But lets hope the last dump was not flashed over by this current brick which will leave you with a perma brick.

He did reflash my console a few times with my DEX and CEX dump I sent him from when I was going from CEX to DEX.
I will tell him to try those. Was he supposed to be using those flashes?
