Problem: using Target manager and D-Rex 4.70-1 can't load RTM tools in any mode but debugger. But debugger gives me nothing by a black screen on loading xmb. I'm fairly new to dex so please take it easy on me, I bruise easily! Lol thanks

Settings:
Release check mode: development mode
Boot mode: system software mode
Network: duel

Rebug on
Debug on

I just figured it out!

Had a glitch where the target manger was not resetting it in to system software mode, it was really in release mode uninstall / reinstalled target manager seemed to correct it. I'm leaning towards my operating system is the issue more then anything. Cheers all!
