Use sen enabler to spoof to all different versions! As for not being able to sign in do you get an error?if so whats the error?

If you just get a time out error go i to settings,scroll down to debug settings and open it, first or second option should be "np-environment" make sure it is set to "NP" if it isn't change it to NP

You don't need a spoofer for DEX, reason why you get an error is because you need to set your boot idps to your working console ID, so every time you boot you won't get that error, also use ccapi to set your boot IDPS
