(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I recently converted from CEX to DEX (like a week ago) and, Install Package Files does show up but, when you click it, It has no options.

And when I click "/app_home/PS3_GAME/" It brings this up "An error occured during the start operation. (80028F14)", Anyone help?

Any other programs that can Install Package Files?

app home is for running backups not for installing pkgs.. you can try restoring ?
