Please explain everything that's going on as best you can. I cannot understand the problem from what little you've provided. Obviously there's an error when you sign in. If you can state the error's id, i.e. 80010017, etc., then it might help to explain why you can't go online.

do u get an error code or anything? any homebrew running? pleasse put more effort into your question so that it gives us more info so we can help you as best as we can

i have the same problem, i can get online perfectly fine with CEX but when i change my LV2 Kernal to DEX it doesnt let me sign in, i get an notice saying ive been suspended but i can get online with cex so i dont understand..

1.First of all go to Debug Settings on the Settings Tab in the XMB.
2.Go to NP Enviroment and make sure it says "np" if not put it.
3.Go to Release Check Mode and select "Development Mode".
4.Then go to Boot Mode and select "System Software Mode".
5.Go to Network Settings for Debug select "Single Settings".
6)If u need install spoof 4.75. and go to online)

Go to rebug tool box and change it to DEX and then change the CID to Cex
