Seems like your E3 Clip Cable does not have enough pressure on the NOR Chip, it happened to me before, I used more pressure and viola, blue lights.

Your welcome and wow, how? Whats wrong with it? Broken Power Supply? Broken CPU Traces? Knocked off Capicators?

I accidentally pulled a component off the motherboard two small ones thats probably why its broken would you say thats the reason?
