Running 4.66 OFW

I got a dump and tested it using the 4.50 dump checker and it said it was good hence i flashed it
Turns out it was a bad dump, I realized this when i checked it using the 4.70 dump checker,
Too bad i already flashed this bad file back to the nor chip using my E3 flasher with the clip
attached with a C clamp for good consistent contact.
I downgraded 5 consoles with this method before, but this one seems to be the odd one out
when i checked the dump initially it had 2 errors, i fixed one by copying some hex info from a good dump
but im having an issue fixing the other error,
I just get power (GLOD) no video or audio via hdmi or av cable, no hdd light, to power off i have to hold the power button for 30 seconds.
any assistance would be widely appreciated
