Do a barrel roll!
i just tried to make a CFW on my 160GB Slim (yes, it was possible to downgrade it). Well everything worked fine, but when I wanted to start my PS, it is on for 3-5 Seconds and turns off.
I already read on Google, that many guys have the same Problem (even without doing a downgrade or modifying it). But no one really found a solution. Is it only the Powerbank, so that I need a new one or what could it be?

What do you mean tried to make a CFW? Are you on CFW as of now?
Lastly when the PS3 turns off does it beep a few times and does the light start blinking? If so this is a YLOD.

I was on OFW 4.75... and tried the downgrade with the E3 Flasher
and no, the whole power is off. no beep, nothing. when i push the "on" button, the power is back and the light is red again.

You say tried, does that mean you downgraded correctly and are now on CFW? Also do some research on yellow light or death/red light of death or whatever it is referred to to see if that is the problem. Although it may be something to do with the hardware itself in which case I have no idea

Well, the E3 flasher began to blink while it was downgrading (i guess after the 5th light). I switched off the console correctly. After that happening it did start as usual. But could not retry the downgrade, had no time
When i started the console next day, it turns off as i said after 5 secsOn my research many said it is because of the Powerbank. But the console worked until that for almost 4 years
