(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I'm currently on Rebug 4.70.1 DEX but I want to go Rebug 4.65.2 DEX because CCApi 2.50 is not compatible with 4.70.1 and most RTM tools need you to use CCApi 2.50. So what would happen if I would move to lower CFW? Would my PS3 get bricked? Will I have to reinstall my pkg files?

No, just install 4.65 over 4.70...but don't really need, just replace ps3lib.dll and ccapi.dll from ccapi 2.60 in Tool what u want to use, or try target Manager

I do not suggest changing your firmware because of CCAPI. All you need to do in order to use CCAPI 2.60 or 2.50 with a specific RTM Tool is change the PS3Lib.dll that is inside the folder.
