It currently has Rebug Firmware D-REX 4.70 installed.

What are the exact steps / PKG's i need to get it online in DEX mode and be safe while doing it nowadays? (i know tehres always a chance of getting banned with having a CFW and going online but what are the precautions to try prevent that?)

Ive lost most of the knowledge i had and after a bit of research im still not feeling confident.

first use 4.75 spoofer if needed then i would get
