The latest 4.76 OFW is only forcing CEX users to update. Anyone on DEX should be safe.

4.76 spoof for rebug 4.46....the reason i didnt upgrade to rebug 4.75 rex is because i have windows xp on the computer and Ccapi doesnt work on windows x...if there's an alternative coz psidpatch doesnt work on rebug 4.75 rex

but when i try to open it i get told my firmware is not supported..
