You have not uploaded a picture.
However as for the black screen it sounds like an issue with your consoles output.
Try holding the power button down until the second beep and let go.
If you still can't see the screen change your cable which you are using from TV-PS3.
If that doesn't work put your PS3 in the repair shop.

You may also be bricked, which has no fix.
