I believe it's because you have a bad dump. Try re-connecting the E3 flasher to the chip (put some tape to keep firmly down).
Then try taking the dump.

Thanks for the reply! i had it secure with what youd call some sort of a wood clamp so it gets a solid connection. I had try making over three dumps but still the same

Was it on a CFW when you put e3 on

It was not on cfw.. But it has been downgraded before but was accidentally updated to ofw. But every backup keeps getting the SKU error.
