Everytime I try to login they say my email or my password were false.
On the website the same login works! :-/
Is it due to the latest firmware?
On a OFW Cex PS3 login works without timeout etc.
Whats false? (Banned=no)

Re input the username & pass. If tht doesn't work, try using another USER.

It needs to be "np" (no quotes)

This is definatly the problem you are having, all will be fine once you change that.
