That error is for a bad cID for the network you are connecting to. Make sure you are not connecting to the dev network with a CEX ID.

Check your NP Settings under the debug menu, it needs to be NP not SP-NT. There is a good chance that got changed with all the stuff you have been trying. Let me know if that fixed it.
