Go to Custom Games on Black Ops 2 and start playing by yourself. Get a GSC injector and inject your GSC with CCAPI or TMAPI connection. Once it has been injected, end the game and start it again. You should have your GSC mod menu. However if you are going to use GSC Studio to inject a GSC mod menu, just stay in the lobby and wait for it to finish injecting, then start the game. These tutorials are all over YouTube and there are tutorials on this forum as well to help you.
