(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i have a superslim and u know superslims cant be downgraded by a usb so if i did a full system format that might set my ps3 system back to a older firmware after i get done setting up my user and everything it might ask for an update to 4.76 then select update from storage media plug the usb in then install the cfw then jailbreak is done (the reason im asking this is becuz this just poped into my head but im doing full system format just to test i have to wait 14hrs just to test something)

SuperSlims firmware only goes back so far considering how new they are so there's no way it'll go back to 3.55 OFW which came out in 2010 to jailbreak it so unfortunately you can't jailbreak it.

so i might just stop the format?

Once a PS3 is on an official firmware it needs to be flashed to downgrade again. You can only flash back to 3.55 or lower if your PS3 come with 3.55 or lower in your case super slims did NOT.
