As this is not Black Ops 2 related I have moved the thread to PS3 Mods Questions and Inquiries for a better response.
Make sure your PS3 is on system software mode in the debug settings. You can also boot to that with Target Manager.

try shifting to ps3ita 4.50 dex as thats considered by many here to b THE best dex cfw !

Are you using wired or wireless connection? If wired what kind of wired connection? PC to PS3 or Router/Modem to PS3? Theirs different tutorials for both here's one i find a lot of people use. Hope this helps a little
