My PS3 is CECH-A2004 and I have had many times RSOD on it. I am on Rebug 4.70.1 D-Rex but there isn't any downgrader CFW with RSOD bypass and that's why I want to go back on CEX. I have the original dump on my USB.

Because on CEX there are some cfw with RSOD bypass and I can try to fix it with rsod fix pkg.

Always update through recovery mode, i know it takes longer but i have had better luck that way.
Note: (Disable your Q.A via Rebug Toolbox).
Pass experience, i had that same problem at one time. if your on DEX sounds like, just use the regular DEX-3.55 downgrader. now that your on 3.55, that's going to help with the RSOD. intall Rebug 3.55 CFW.
Now that your on regular D-REX 3.55, which your EID0 back to CEX via Rebug Toolbox, once you done that go ahead and downgrade back down to Roger 3.55 downgrader. re-install Q.A and enable it, than go activate it and go to debug setting and enable (system update). from there go install OFW 3.55 and dehash your console. after that install any CEX CFW of your choice.
