This forum, lol. NGU comes with many mod menus and more. I wouldn't trust YouTube because they usually post fake mods or surveys unless it comes from known modders like the Homebrew Clan, GameFreak, MayhemModding, ThraxModz, MysteryAviate, etc. I still think this forum is the best source for mods and I'm not being biased because there are no fake links here, and if there were any then it would be taken down immediately.

from here bruh. be warned u need a jailbroken ps3 to host any sort of mod menu. if you have one then thats great! head over to the modding section in the game forum you are looking for. there are any types of mod menus. there are patch_mp.ff mod menus (only for mw2, w@w and cod 4) then there are RTE/RTM mod menus (pretty much for all games) then there is SPRX mod menus (pretty much for all games) and .GSC mod menus ( only for bo2 as im aware). patch_mp.ff can be replaced in the origional update folder for your game. RTE/RTM mod menus can be connected and attached on the particular game, using ccapi or tmapi(depending on tool capability) but go away as soon as you quit the game or turn your ps3 off. SPRX mod menus are put in the tmp folder of your ps3 hdd typically and are loaded at game boot by having an eboot that is linked to the SPRX. and .gsc mod menus are injected with a .gsc injector- e.g GSC Studio or the GsC injector by _NzV_ -
