Go into settings, scroll all the way to the bottom and click debug settings first option should be "NP-Environment" make sure it is set to NP if it isnt click is and change it Smile

make sure you have a working cid, make sure yo have checked your internet settings and have configured them, and make sure you set your cid to CEX and in NP enviroment in debug settings it is set to np
