Do you have any DLC installed for that game because if you have only one DLC for that game this could be why your having trouble finding people; because its trying to search for people that have that DLC?

Depends if you have any DLC maps. If you have DLC maps, it's gonna take longer to find games because more than 50% of people don't buy. If that's not the case, then it may be other devices in your house using the internet. Turn off WiFi for your other devices at home, it may be taking up all of your WiFi.
