Well I think you have posted in the wrong section as asking how to open a mod menu is not really helping.

First you would need to post in the correct place.

Also what mod menu are you trying to open because if you don't tell anyone how can anyone help?

First. You would need to connect your jailbreak (CEX or DEX) to your computer by entering your ip address to your mod menu/ RTM tool.

Second. Once you have it connected than you will have to mod your stats.

Third: You will have to play a game or play two games to stick your stats.
