Only way would be to downgrade it back to 3.55 via e3 flasher

You cant downgrade it unless you got an E3 Flasher.
To unban yourself you need a CID and NGU doesn't allow CID posting or selling. How to get one of deez? Hook up on other forums or find someone's skype who's selling one.
