What game are you looking to make this EBOOT for, if the thread was in the correct section for the game you want to make this EBOOT for you will receive a much better response.

HEX Viewer, TrueAncestor EBOOT/SELF Resigner, and IDA.

That should get you headed in the right direction (y)
