I wanna give back because so much people on NGU helped me a lot, any answer will be helpful cause I got a ps3 and I was planning on getting a jailbreak but didn't go as planned.

Kindly be positive that you have a NOR before buying E3.. if so, than i would work with that and soldering is your best way to go. if NAND chip you have than i would go with teensy++ . its cheap and does both NAND/NOR chips. if your confident on how to do it, than go for it. if not, think twice specially if you only have one PS3.. anyways, that's all i got.. Note: Make sure it jailbreakable console with in its firmware.
