1st question did I really have to install all that stuff couldn't I just e3 flash then go straight to rebug rex 4.75 (4.76 now)?

2nd question my web man is 1.41.35 MOD KW I dont see disable system calls or a spot to change psid. Is this because I put FW on top of FW on top of FW and this is a webman from Kmeaw?

3rd question can I just format my Hard Drive on a computer and just reinstall Rebug 4.75.3? or should I just wait untill Rebug 4.76 comes out for DEX?

4th question my system info shows software version 4.74 Rebug toolbox shows 02.02.06 PS3 system: Firmware 4.75 DEX LV2 & Target DEX is this good to go online with? or do I need a 4.76 spoofer if so what 1 works with my setup? Can I put the new toolbox 02.02.07 om my setup? do i uninstall by clicking triangle and delete?

First, yes you did. You can't really go straight from 4.76 OFW or whatever firmware you were on to 4.75 CFW. The E3 Flasher allows you to go to 3.55 OFW. You could've flashed and then went to 3.55 Kmeaw, and then QA Flag from there.

You should have a spot to change the PSID and CID. My webMan came installed when I went to Rebug already. Go You must login or register to view this content.and download the latest version of webMan, which now supports 4.75 CEX/DEX.

I really don't know what you mean by "format..." but I would be on 4.70.1 D-REX. There aren't that many packages that are used quite frequently that have added support for 4.76 CFW, so I would be on 4.70.1 D-REX.
