This error is due to an EBOOT issue. Delete all updates and reinstall them.

It probably is... I would try 4.70.1 Rebug D-REX as there is a fix for it and the firmware itself has a lot of new features. You would need to use a 3.55 DEX Downgrader then go to 4.70.1 D-REX and you are all set

you can just upgrade over 4.65.drex to 4.70 thats what i did and im having that same problem i cant fix it good luck
