For the past hour I have been following tutorials on how to use the ********* but none of them helped. Can someone on the forum be nice and help me with my problem.

You can use ccapi to set the console id and psid you cal also set it to change on boot

Yeah it wasn't a scam, but probably he is selling it to other guys too and it will be banned quickly... Do not trust CID sellers

Whenever I put it into CCAPI it still says Im banned

Either the cid sold to you was banned or the account your on is banned also
