It sounds like you're at the recovery screen but you would need to describe it better so a solution to your problem can be found

just downgrade to get out of that but it seem your using a icon that isn't supported on your cfw. when doing any dev_flash filesystem modding you need to make sure you know what you doing or you will end up bricking your console.
