Yes and it connects but it wont attach even if i have the debug eboot running

So you are 100% sure you have a Debug EBOOT? Is it placed in the right place? dev_hdd0/game/BLES or BLUS/USRDIR/ and overwrite.

Yes it should be a debug eboot

edit ive tried 3 different debug eboots and it still didnt work

Well it connects perfectly its just when i open a tool and click attach after connect it give me an error and it says quit
