I did all the steps to convert into DEX but it says LV2 Kernel is CEX & Target Type is DEX , shouldnt both be DEX ???? Im trying to run DEX not CEX & I cant find anything to do with this. Please help

Did you rewrite target ID in flash?

Simply swap Lvl2 Kernel in the second to last menu in rebug toolbox.

Thats weird i did the Swap Lvl2 Kernel yesterday & it didnt let me. I tried it today after work & it on DEX. !! Thx everyone i appreciate it !!

so now i have both DEX but now when i go to PSN Patch & try to sign into psn , it gives me an error code. Im sure this ps3 isnt banned at all

When it says your lv2 type is CEX are you able to get online. Mine is CEX and the same as you and i am able to get online fine.
