You should've received an email. If you are on CFW, it is probably permanent. There is no way to unsuspend yourself.

You just said you have been banned for a week but you're asking us how long it lasts for ?

When you get console banned it will say you are temporarily banned, 99.999999% of the time thats a permanent console ban.

One way to check that its not an account ban is try to make a new account if it says you're still banned its likely you are console banned, sony isn't very forgiving to CFW users .
